As Senior Writer for 14 months, reviewed, revised, and approved transactional customer communications emails and letters from the Customer Service, Claims, Product, and Sales teams; consulted with the Customer Advocacy Office, marketing, executive management, IT, legal, and compliance to improve the customer experience by ensuring all communications were created using One Voice style and content guidelines.

For 6 years, was freelance copywriter and editor for marketing materials, conference presentations, educational modules, two quarterly product newsletters (oncology and nephrology), and a 40-page oncology education booklet that received the American Medical Association's International Award of Excellence; acted as lead writer on the task force that created Amgen's first style guide.
