ALLWAYS HEALTH PARTNERS
On January 1, 2019, Neighborhood Health Plan became a new company called AllWays Health Partners. I joined the Creative Services team in August of 2018 to help them rebrand and rewrite all sales and marketing collateral, including print, digital and PowerPoint. I also contributed copy to the new corporate website and posts to the new Providers blog.



B2C & B2B Email Campaigns | LMI



For Liberty Mutual Insurance, I wrote hundreds of B2B and B2C emails, ranging from transactional and legal to promotional and personal. In addition, we produced integrated digital toolkits for various programs that included a series of email messages (long form and eblast) with corresponding landing pages, banner ads, and social media content.

Working as lead writer with the Creative Services, Marketing, and Legal departments at Liberty Mutual, I revamped the company's entire product portfolio collateral to align with the new brand position, "See Insurance in a Whole New Light." Materials included Auto, Home, Life, Motorcycle, Boat, Renters, Condo, and Umbrella coverage, as well as dozens of other services and benefits available through various insurance policies. This collection represents the core B2C and B2B sales & marketing materials for the Personal Insurance business unit.

Personal Insurance Portfolio| LMI


Affinity Program Portfolio | LMI
Liberty Mutual's Affinity Program was the most successful in the U.S. Employees and alumni of hundreds of companies and colleges & universities receive substantial discounts on insurance when this voluntary benefit is offered by their host organizations. I was lead writer on all of the new materials used by Account Executives to sell and administer the program, including brochures, email toolkits, webpages, banner ads, trade show signage, educational seminars, and a library of safety articles to be published in client communications.


Affinity National Print Ads | LMI

Working with an Account Executive and Art Director, I developed the concept and wrote the ads for a new national print campaign for the Liberty Mutual Affinity Program. It has been one of the most popular ad campaigns among account executives in the program's forty-year history.



Concert Sponsorships | LMI
Liberty Mutual sponsors a major concert as the premiere event at the annual SHRM conference, the largest convention of Human Resources managers in the U.S. Working with the performers' PR firms and a creative team, I developed the concept and wrote a toolkit of mailers, posters, and emails to encourage attendees to visit Liberty Mutual's booth and to register for a contest to win VIP seats to the concert. Performers have included Keith Urban, Jerry Seinfeld, Hall & Oates, Sheryl Crow, and Kelly Clarkson.



Charitable Programs | LMI
Liberty Mutual sponsors and promotes a variety of charitable "quoting" programs, include Quote for Charity, Quote for Hope, and Quote for Scholarship. I acted as lead writer of program toolkits consisting of posters, mailers, postcards, emails, web pages, banner ads, and social media content.




Product Innovation | LMI
As the lead writer working with the Liberty Mutual Product Innovation team, I brainstormed and helped develop ideas for more than 40 new products and services, as well as wrote the concepts for focus group testing. I also wrote promotional, sales, and training materials for the product innovations that ultimately went to market.
