I worked 4 months at ACI Worldwide, a global electronics payment company, helping the marketing department update 20 key pages on their corporate website that had lost their original purpose after a series of acquisitions. Applying SEO and UX best practices, I worked with the Web Manager to fill in content gaps, ensure consistency of brand message across web pages, and improve navigation logic. For example, the Case Studies section of the site was transformed from a long, boring, text-based scroll to an interactive and visually stimulating set of pages using interactive pop-ups for faster scanning. We also used a tab system for a page devoted to "Key Driver" white papers that reduce the number of clicks to access resources.

For this global electronics payment company, I worked with the marketing creative director to create a new event email template replacing an outdated, copy-heavy format that did not work well with mobile devices. I also provided preliminary research regarding the new EU GDPR email and social media regulations in a detailed 40-page document.
For 6 months I supported the digital marketing communications team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, writing emails, updating web pages, and providing content for their annual Boston Triathlon sponsorship. Because financial investing is such a highly regulated industry, I worked very closely with product managers and legal experts when crafting the email campaigns to provide maximum marketability while ensuring compliance.
